My name is Marcia Johnson, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked in outpatient addictions programs, DBT, Transitions, and Integrated Behavioral Health. I have been providing group and individual therapy for 20 years. Areas of specialty include: individual and couples therapy, trauma and stress related concerns, depression and anxiety, pre and postpartum depression and anxiety and parenting issues, life adjustments, occupational or organizational difficulties, and relationship and blended family concerns. I am trained in diversity, including work with individuals in the LGBTQ community, CBT, DBT, and ACT therapies. I take pride in my ability to connect with clients, express unconditional positive regard, and I also hope to have people leaving my office with hopeful spirits, improved insights, and motivation to try new things. I believe that each client has healing within, and I am guiding your own insights toward that purpose.
