As a Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Services Provider in the state of Tennessee and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, I have had the privilege of helping clients with a variety of areas including anxiety, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and career goals. My approach is eclectic and person-centered, and I like to meet my clients where they are. My sessions and approach tend to be non-structured. We'll explore together what you need to achieve the positive change you are looking for. I want to offer you a safe space to achieve the positive change you want in your life.
