I am so glad you are seeking help for whatever is troubling you. I am passionate about helping individuals feel better and improve their quality of life. Whether it's to solve problems, improve the ability to cope with the enormous difficulties facing us during these very challenging times, or heal from past or recent trauma, I'm ready to work with you to start making a change. I work with people struggling with mood disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD, as well as gender-affirming therapy for the daily struggles faced by the LGBTQ+ community. --- No judgment here! I have an office for those who are in close enough proximity to visit in person, as well as telehealth, giving access to almost everyone. I am free-spirited, transparent, and real. I have 20+ years of experience working with various populations in a crisis setting, outpatient behavioral health clinics, school health, and private practice. I attended graduate school at Temple University where I earned my master's degree in Social Work.
