I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Alabama. I have 6+ years of experience providing mental and behavioral health counseling to adolescents, adults and seniors. I work with a variety of issues including: anxiety, stress management, mental illness, substance use, compassion fatigue, depression, relationships, health and wellness, and trauma.

I value the holistic wellness approach. I believe “well” is connected to the whole person. Mind, Body, and Spirit. I work to meet you where you are and explore your goals you would like to achieve.
