About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been providing therapy services for over ten years in outpatient, in home and treatment settings. I see young adults, adults, and seniors and address anxiety, bipolar disorder, cognitive disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress, relationship challenges, grief, and separation anxiety. I have special training and interest in cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as attachment and psychodynamic theories. My style is warm and my goal is to create a safe space to allow for insight, finding strength, and meeting goals.
