About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with experience in school settings and clinical mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and foster care and adoption concerns. I also am available to help with life transitions and goal setting.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in collaboration with clients- you are the most important part of successfully meeting your goals for therapy. My approach is client-centered and I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused or Solution Focused techniques. I'll tailor our sessions to your needs and goals.

It takes courage to take a step outside of your comfort zone- I look forward to holding space for you as you grow into the person you want to be.
