About

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and I also hold a certification as an advanced drug and alcohol counselor. After working in the corporate environment for many years, I decided to pursue my calling to help others, and I became a Professional Counselor.

I have helped people who struggled with addictions, people who were the victims of domestic abuse, and people who grow up in abusive environments and were traumatized by it. I have also worked with people dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship problems.

I believe in creating a safe environment where people are respected, listened to, not stigmatized or labeled, and where healing and growth can take place. My therapy style is filled with warmth, compassion, empathy, and sensitivity. My approach combines a mix of cognitive-behavioral, narrative, humanistic, and faith-based therapy. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your individuality, and your unique, and specific needs.
