I am licensed in Nevada with 12 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress management, anxiety, self-esteem, dementia and caregiving, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. My approach to counseling is first getting to know you, your story, and your goals for therapy. I then collaborate with you in order to tailor any intervention that best fits your needs. Listening and being supportive to you is very important to me, as everyone deserves to feel heard and know that they are important. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
