I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for 9 years and licensed in the state of Montana for the past 7 years. I have experience working with preteens, adolescents and adults with a variety of issues and needs. I most regularly work with clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, grief and loss, relational problems whether it is with their spouse/significant other or parent/child issues.

My approach is very client centered and flexible based on what the client wants and needs. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches as needed with the majority of my work grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also a Love and Logic Parenting trainer with 9 years experience helping parents improve their parenting and coparenting skills.

If you've been thinking about making a change or addressing an issue do yourself a favor and act on it.
