I’m a bilingual and bicultural psychotherapist and psychologist. I work with, teens, adults, couples, and families. I believe that the human being is capable to change if he has the adequate tools. These tools can be found in therapy and other healthy environments. I work through different techniques including, CBT, Gestalt, systemic, solution focus, EMDR, attachment theory, existential and humanistic psychology.
