I have over 14 years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist and I know that working together is essential. I base my practice as a Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapist, all the while helping you uncover any unresolved stressors ranging from childhood traumas and current stressors that are weighing you down. I see children, teens, adults, and families and I aspire to help my clients create long-lasting change by giving necessary tools to help in areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, parenting, anger, and family relationships.
