Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 2pm.
I have been in practice since 2000. My specialties include PTSD and ADHD (all ages), executive and business coaching. I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist. The population I work with is ages 6 to elder.
I bring 20 years of experience to each session. As a seasoned therapist you and I will work together to make a plan to attain your goals. Health care providers and first responders are also welcome. This has been a trying time for all involved. I am accepting new patients.
I believe in treating the whole person. It is important to incorporate wellness coaching. We might discuss diet, exercise and emotional concerns. The mind body connection is vastly important. Finding alignment between these two may have a significant possitive effect.
