Hello and welcome to my page! If you have been thinking about engaging in therapy, I would love to speak with you and help determine whether I am the right fit. I have a deep capacity for empathy and am eager to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to share vulnerable moments. Every day, I am humbled by the courage of my clients to reach out and ask for help. I strongly believe it is never too late to change your life and that joy is a value. I would be honored to work with you and would describe my therapeutic style as supportive and straightforward.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 7+ years of experience and expertise in working with new parents, military veterans, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety and substance use disorders. Each client and their situation is unique. I will address what brings you to therapy by using my training in Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma-Focused therapies, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing. I look forward to speaking with you.
