I am an LCSW who earned my Masters’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from VCU in 2005. I have 15 years of experience working with teens and adults as an agent of support and guidance. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your foundations, current affairs, and potential. I specialize in working with individuals who cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic mental illness. I use a strengths-based therapeutic approach to meet you where you’re at. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful social connections.
