Therapy is a very personal and intimate experience that we enter for different reasons. It provides a space to heal, explore, learn new skills, and receive support. WE have all envisioned some version of our ideal selves. Often times, our past hurts and experiences affect our lives so that we act out of a place of protection rather than authenticity. My priority is to help you meet your personal and life goals.

I am flexible in my approach in that I value understanding individual needs in order to provide the most optimal treatment possible. I have been in the mental health field for 21 years and have worked with a range of client issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and personality disorders.

I take pride in my professional background that has allowed me to work with diverse groups of individuals in settings other than the office: home, day treatment/ intensive outpatient, residential and acute hospitalization.
