"Hello and Welcome!

Thank you for reaching out. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background in many areas. My goal in the therapeutic process is to help clients achieve a greater sense of wellbeing; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Everyone has different reasons for engaging in therapy, the process begins where you are. As a therapist, working to create a safe and supportive space to talk and explore while building a trusting relationship is foundational to the therapeutic process. It is my commitment to encourage and empower individuals as they work towards healing, self-discovery, and growth.

I am a person-centered therapist who uses an integrated approach to working with individuals. I provide client centered services while utilizing evidence-based therapies including cognitive and behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and trauma informed practices. I also provide telehealth services for added convenience.
