I recognize that many of us are experiencing heightened mental and emotional struggles more than ever before. Your struggles can affect areas in your life that may make you feel like you are losing control. I am here to listen and help you get back on track by creating a plan and working toward personal or professional goals to get to a place of growth and healing. What is your approach to therapy? Based on your needs, I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? The goal after each session is for you to feel uplifted and more free than when the session began. Working through past or present traumas and experiences can sometimes be intense, but freedom comes from processing and releasing burdens that have had the power to weigh you down in life.
