I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of CA. I have helped people from all walks of life discover the power they have within themselves. All people experience difficulties and challenges at some point in their lives. How we respond to these difficulties and challenges can help create the space for a more fulfilling and happier life. This can be both difficult and rewarding, so I can appreciate the courage needed to take those first steps toward change. I am a firm believer that we can only change when we make a conscious decision to do so.
