My name is Mandi Trefcer. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction and other life and personal challenges. I focus on a strengths based approach. Just reaching out for help is a great example of one of your strengths that you can use to your advantage! I also utilize CBT and mindfulness approaches in my practice.

I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. My goal is to have unconditional positive regard for each of my clients. I have found in my work over the years that my clients have appreciated my genuine and thoughtful, yet honest approach. Seeking help can be scary, but with the right counselor to walk through it with you I hope you will find it to be a rewarding experience.
