Hello,
My name is Mandy Boothby. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Iowa, and I have been providing therapy for over 15 years. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families – adolescents and adults with issues such as depression, grief, anxiety, family conflict/communication, relationship issues, substance abuse, and trauma. I also have experience working with mild autism, self-esteem/self-confidence, coping skills, life-transitions, and everyday issues. I graduated from Purdue University with a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in public schools (K-12), in an university setting, a community-based outpatient clinic, and in a substance abuse treatment center. It is my goal to create a casual, nonjudgmental, and supportive atmosphere where people feel safe to talk about any issue that is creating unhappiness or conflict in their lives.
