As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Smart Therapy PC, I utilize a holistic person-centered and strengths-based perspective in my work. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have clinical expertise in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma & other co-occurring disorders. I provide primarily cognitive behavior therapy and a mindfulness approach; however, I have tailored my interventions to best provide for my clients. I believe in meeting each client where they are every time they come to session. In my eclectic approach, I believe that you are the expert in your life and as your therapist, I will function as a guide in helping you navigate your feelings and experiences.
