It is important to me that I provide a safe, judgment-free space for individuals, couples and families to discuss how they can use their strengths to cope with life's challenges. I am passionate about supporting people's understanding of their mental health so that they are able to be their own best advocates.
I make sure that I have consistent training in cultural sensitivity and am poly friendly. I work with people of all ages and have experience with varying levels of mental health symptoms. My goal is that anyone, no matter their background, have a quality therapist.
