My aim as a therapist is to help you figure out what led to your current struggles and help you find ways to stop engaging in behaviors that cause you anxiety and pain by providing you with strategies to begin to heal and regain control of your life. I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with eating disorders, OCD, Intrusive thoughts, Trichotillomania, BFRB's and/or anxiety. I give people tools to not be consumed with thoughts that cause them to constantly worry about issues like food, their body, or scary intrusive thoughts. I additionally am trained in exposure and response (ERP) therapy and I-CBT.
