Hello and welcome to your mental health journey! My name is Mallori Cusumano, and I am a clinically trained Social Worker. I currently hold a LLMSW in the state of Michigan and graduated with my master’s degree in social work from Michigan State University. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric units, juvenile correctional facilities, partial hospitalization clinics, and outpatient community mental health centers. My passion in providing care is to take a person-centered approach to meet you where you are, so we can make meaningful steps toward achieving your mental health goals. I have specialized in treating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress management, and crisis intervention. The evidence-based practices I utilize include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I will be working a hybrid schedule with some in-person availability as well as online appointments. I look forward to learning more about you as a unique individual.
