I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that provides services for adolescents and adults. I offer individual, couples/marital, and group therapy. I have a lot of experience of working with individuals that suffer with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, and mood disorders. I am the type of therapist that will challenge you to push through the difficult parts that have you stuck, but also offer a non-judgmental environment for personal growth. The therapeutic approaches that I integrate into sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I believe that we all have the capacity to change, and that we are not meant to be perfect, but whole. I am a wife and mother and understand the stresses that daily life entails in addition to maintaining domestic or professional responsibilities. I will offer you a confidential, safe, and supportive space to talk about your fears, insecurities, or stressors. My goal is to help you create the life experience that makes you happy. I view my clients as the experts of their lives, and my role is to assist them in self-discovery and facilitate meaningful growth and change.
