About
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship dilemmas. My counseling style is interactive using Cognitive-Behavior Therapy. I'd like to help you create meaningful change in your life. My approach to therapy is highly individualized to you, your goals, your strengths, and the challenges you face in daily life. I employ Emotion Focused Therapy when working with couples and CBT/ACT when working with individuals. These are both evidenced based therapies which have been shown to have positive treatment outcomes.
