About

On a mission and having the desire to become whole? Allow me to assist you on your journey to reaching self-actualization and coming into your highest potential. Life is filled with adjustments and stressors, causing our thoughts to impact our daily behaviors and feelings. Gaining the necessary mindset and developing positive ways to deal with these transitions may be challenging, but I am a firm believer in everyone willing to maintain and reach personal growth.

I am currently a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 6+ years’ experience in the mental health field. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University along with a Certificate in Rehabilitation Counseling and Behavioral Addictions. I am currently in pursuit to become a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.

I have had the opportunity to work with various individuals, including youth and adolescents, promoting personal growth throughout several aspects of their lives. I also provide services to couples, families, and groups. Effective treatment modalities are used to reach specific goals pertaining to the individuals concerns. I am nonjudgmental with my thoughts and beliefs, highlighting the importance of aligning one’s mind with their way of living.

“Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives.”
