About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked within the mental health field for over 20 years. I developed my skills and expertise working with individuals, adolescents and family dynamics. My goal in therapy is to support my clients with improving their ability to cope with life stressors, by tapping into their personal essence and resources to live a more relational and creative life. My counseling style is compassionate, warm, empathetic and behaviorally focused. I tailor my sessions based on the needs of my client, utilizing a collaborative and holistic approach. I am here to inspire and motivate each of my clients to live the life they desire.
