In 2016, I graduated from Youngstown State University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program with a Master of Science in Education Degree. I have been practicing as a licensed counselor since 2016 and have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. I have gained my clinical experience working at nonprofit agencies in my area that focus on providing care for underserved populations.

I use a person-centered therapy approach to connect with my clients and empower them to facilitate personal growth and development. I implement therapeutic interventions from evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing in my practice. My goal as a therapist is to create an environment that fosters safety, trust, and unconditional positive regard to establish a strong therapeutic relationship.
