Do you find yourself in relationships that don't make you feel safe or loved? I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the District of Columbia. I have experience working with adults living with various forms of anxiety, depression and life changes. I help adult men and women who are managing life changes, transitions, and relationships. Changes often are accompanied by high levels of anxiety and can make it difficult to make sound decisions. It often helps to explore the feelings and thoughts that often cause depression and anxiety. When we are in these challenging emotional places it is hard to make decisions and choices. The pain and frustration from depression, anxiety, and fear of making a mistake in life.
