I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with numerous psychological illnesses. I have worked in diverse settings including private practices, college counseling centers, and hospitals. I strive to help clients overcome emotional struggles and get greater enjoyment out of life. Each person experiences their own unique challenges, and I believe that therapy must be tailored to meet those individual needs. I utilize evidence-based therapies in my practice and believe that psychotherapy is a relational and collaborative process. Nurturing, nonjudgmental understanding, respect and honesty are at the heart of the therapeutic relationship I hope to develop with each client.
