About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon. I have been providing mental health counseling services since 2012, and have worked in settings ranging from in patient youth treatment to outpatient adult treatment. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Individual through the Trauma Institute International. I have experience primarily with adjustment/transitions, trauma, anxiety/depression and foster care/adoptive families.
My approach is direct and supportive, while helping clients increase their sense of well being and peace. I am a therapist who primarily utilizes Brief Solution Focused Therapy, however I draw on a variety of modalities based on my clinical judgement and experience. It can be daunting to reach out for help, and if you are ready I am here for you. My goal is to help clients meet their goals! I believe that everyone has the ability to live the life they want, and create a life they love.
