My name is Maegan Bauler and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Wisconsin. I meet with clients statewide via telehealth. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and stress. My approach My approach to therapy varies depending on my client's individual needs. I aim to meet each client where they are in their healing journey and provide supportive and welcoming care. My goal is to ensure my clients have a safe space to work towards their goals, free of judgement. I utilize a strengths-based, person centered approach. I believe that mental health is impacted by all areas of our lives so I offer a holistic focus to work towards mental wellbeing. My focus My focus and approach to therapy typically resonates with adults who have difficulty with life changes, anxiety, depression, or past histories of trauma. I support my clients in navigating transitions, developing deeper understandings of themselves and learning new skills to navigate their challenges. My communication style My communication style is supportive, non-judgmental and laid back. I take pride in building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients that are based on trust and safety. My first session with you Our first session together will consist of discussing what you are currently struggling with, your history of mental health difficulties, past treatment and any goals you may have in mind. I will ask you questions about yourself and we will begin to formulate a plan to reach your therapy goals. Our initial session is about building trust and comfortability to ensure I am a good fit for you as a therapist.
