Welcome! I'm glad to have you here! I'm Madison, a licensed clinical social worker and wellness advocate. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, women's issues, relationship management, and occupational stress. I've been in the field of mental health for 12 years, working primarily in Washington, DC, and Hawaii. I focus on helping people manage anxiety, avoid burnout, and prioritize self-care. Together, we can identify what is or is not working, triggers, stressors, and loves, and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit.
