Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with 6+ years of experience working with individuals 12 to 80+ years. I use person-centered, trauma informed care, and evidence-based treatment methods to address a variety of issues. I specialize in treating general anxiety, depression, recovery of abuse and other trauma, difficulty in adjusting to life changes, grief and loss, and emotional regulation. I focus on developing client-centered goals to empower and engage my clients in working toward real, positive change to improve overall daily functioning. My primary treatment methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), brief treatment methods, and positive psychology techniques to help you meet your goals.
