I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with adults. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to improve their life and has hope for change. I am comfortable working with different types of trauma, anxiety and depression, including OCD.
I help clients increase awareness of their body and emotional connections to support them in using EMDR to decrease negative body sensation and improve motivation and behavior, changing negative beliefs about self and encouraging long-term healing.
