Occasionally we have challenges in life that are too overwhelming to face alone. Seeking therapy or asking for help can feel very intimidating at times. Due to outside influences, such as the media, we are sometimes given preconceived ideas of what therapy is supposed to look like. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate, I believe in being real with my clients and getting to know who they are as a person. Each session will be tailored to you as an individual and what your needs are. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy) from Sam Houston State University. I have had the privilege of working with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, marital or family concerns, and other obstacles.
