Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with specialization in addiction and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a trained consultant and life coach. I enjoy helping individuals identify their strengths and build on those to pursue their goals using solution focused therapy techniques. I have experience working with individuals with post traumatic stress, anxiety, and panic disorders. I have experience providing consulting and coaching services to individuals and businesses looking to expand their offerings and pursue changes.
My approach is warm, strength based, and supportive. I enjoy learning about and supporting my clients as they explore and pursue their dreams and the life desired.
