Hi there, I'm Maddie! Do you worry all the time? Want to feel more confident and empowered? If you need someone to talk to, I’m here to help. I bring a warm and relational approach to my work. With training in mental health, mindfulness, and yoga, my counseling style is rooted in a holistic-based approach. I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of EMDR therapy for trauma. I also have training in issues surrounding relationships (Gottman Training), careers, grief, anxiety, depression, personal development, and LGBTQ+ topics. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors (License #80432). My counseling practice is supported by a Masters of Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and hundreds of hours of continued education in psychotherapy.
