I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional counselor for 21 years. In addition to that, I have also been a registered nurse for 43 years. I have spent most of my career life helping others find ways to having happier and healthier lives.

As your counselor, I will provide an atmosphere of honesty and understanding in which you may choose to look at options and make changes to current behaviors and actions that are presently not working for you. The goal of therapy is change and the decision to make any changes will be yours.

I have experience in working with adult female and male clients ranging in ages 18 and up for individual therapy. My therapy focus areas include ADHD, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, basic anger management issues, depression, grief, job related issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, stress management issues, relationship issues, caretaker and senior citizens issues.

My regular hours of service are from 9am to 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I respond to messages and conduct video teletherapy sessions during my regular hours of service. My office is closed on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and if I have a personal emergency.

I am only working with clients who live in Louisiana in the United States of America.
