I am licensed in Wisconsin with 25 years of professional work experience. Guided by my belief in the inherent worth of each individual, I focus on helping clients live a more meaningful, satisfying, authentic life by developing a more flexible approach to solving problems or resolving issues. I work primarily with adults as individuals or as a part of a couple on issues such as personal growth, depression, anxiety, stress/trauma, anger management, relationship concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, grief/loss, and coping with changes that occur as one journeys through life. It is important to me to provide an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
