Lynn is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My theoretical approach involves an eclectic adaptation of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Community Resiliency Model (CRM) and Person Centered Therapy. Through CBT we will look at your beliefs and how self-talk interacts with your behaviors. Through SFT we will we will use a goal oriented approach to reach your desired outcomes. Through CRM the client will learn how to identify their resiliency zone and connect the autonomic nervous system to one’s mind, body, and spirit. With multiple theoretical approached we will maintain a Person-Centered Philosophy that will allow the client to better cope with future/current problems they may face. Areas of competence include but are not limited to active listening, empathy, genuineness, visualization, cognitive restructuring, scaling and resiliency. I look forward to working with you.
