We all came here to do something amazing. You included! But sometimes along the road we get a little stuck or start to question where we are on our path and in our purpose. Our energy gets slow or stagnant or we feel we are ready for a change, but we don't know what that change is. This is our intuition's way of telling us it's time to shake it up. And shaking it up is not always easy or motivating, but that doesn't mean it is isn't exactly what we need.

With an education in both professional counseling and energy therapy, I use my 20 + years of direct service experience to help my clients see what is holding them back from living a life they say they want. I use a variety of modalities that are client focused based on their individual needs. I help my clients focus on in on the blocks they have for choosing themselves, their personal needs, and teach practices to return to the confidence to do so.

I believe in and practice an awareness and action approach to change. Therapy as a space for awareness, understanding and release and outside of therapy, a place to practice what you learn until you feel confident enough to process on your own. At the end of the day, no one knows better than you. We all just need the reminders we can trust ourselves.
