I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counsel in the states of Minnesota and Nevada. I have a Master in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy, with emphasis in co-occurring disorder. I have more than 7 years experience working with adolescent to seniors (13 - 89). My approach is unique and organic to each individual person.

My training and expertise in providing therapy to people who have mental health and/or chemical concerns. I can provide trauma informed and solution focused therapy. My therapy style is warm and interactive. As a therapist, I strive to develop a collaborative partnership with you to address your goals. I am committed to the belief that each human being has infinite value and worth, is unique and endowed with the ability to make choices. By offering unconditional positive regard, I believe each person is capable of altering the direction their life.

I am trained in Adlerian therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe safety, significant and belonging are key components to life’s fulfillment. I will tailor our dialog and to meet your unique and specific needs. I will work with you to identify and determine the life you are willing to achieve.
