I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience as a trauma therapist. I have experience in helping clients work to identify triggers for stress and anxiety, process trauma and abuse, increase the ability to cope with grief, & improve ability to manage daily living. I strive to work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment or shame. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
