My expertise is in helping people of all ages manage anxiety, depression, relationships, and individuals who have trouble adjusting to new life experiences, including parenthood. For teens and children, I specialize in helping them build self-esteem, improve social skills and conflict resolution skills, and adjust to sensory processing challenges.
