About

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with eleven years of experience working with individuals and family issues. My counseling style includes teaching and applying research-based interventions, and exploring the why's. I target specific goals, sometimes with short workbooks or worksheets using CBT theory, ACT and Positive Psychology exploring how past patterns are perpetuated by the present. I've worked across the lifespan from young to old and have a great deal of life experience myself. Most of my experience ranges from depression, anxiety, bipolar, and OCD, to trauma and PTSD.
