I am licensed in Nevada with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, & coping with life changes. I also work with clients on building skill sets for managing bipolar disorder and ADHD symptoms. I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tailor them to clients' individuals' needs.
