I am an Illinois licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping people thrive and not just survive in life. I received my Masters in Social Work degree in 2010 and have 19 years of professional experience working in non- profit and healthcare sectors. I currently work as a medical social worker providing counseling and services to adults with chronic diseases and mental health conditions .
Do you often feel overwhelmed, frustrated , stressed, and emotionally exhausted ? Well, you are not alone and I am here to support you. Life is full of storms that sometimes we cannot avoid. The storms of life does not have to drown you but instead you can learn how to remain grounded and even learn how to have peace and joy In the midst of your storm . If you decide to work with me you will receive education, empowerment, and elevation. As my client , you will received the knowledge and tools (education ) to take action (empowerment ) to create the life you desire (elevation). A person's thoughts and feelings will often dictate their behaviors. Transforming your life starts in the mind and then a willingness to change . Some of the things we can focus on is creating a life that flows in harmony with your values and purpose. Learning how to set healthy boundaries in kindness while allowing yourself to have more self-love and self-care . We can learn how to care for others without having to carry them.
If you are an Illinois resident and at least 21 years of age or older , please contact me if you are looking for a different approach to life challenges . These sessions are not suited for individuals dealing with addiction, trauma, and abuse. Available for evening phone or video sessions during the week. I also, offer Saturday and Sunday phone and video sessions during the day.
