About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience. I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My work experience includes working in hospice with end of life care, medical social work, crisis intervention and inpatient mental health. I use a strengths based therapy to help individuals find their strengths and use those strengths to overcome their unique challenges and meet their goals. My therapy modality of choice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT is the gold standard and is the most widely researched therapy modality. I also like to incorporate Internal Family Systems therapy when needed. I want to help my clients use their strengths to find joy in their journey. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. We have fun with everything outdoors, whether that be hiking, biking, canoeing, or swimming. I also love to cook, garden, read, and practice martial arts.
